Acetabular System – 3D Evaluation of Shell and Liner

EDM Department offers 3D measurement for Orthopedic components, including non-contact and non-destructive characterization of liners manufactured from Polyethylene or Ceramic. Our 3D Metrology services offer surface finish and wear analysis, 3D measurement of the shell, bone ingrowth surface and cup inner surface measurements. Our 3D measurements of the shell and liner provide pass-fail summaries.
