Form Measurement and Surface Roughness Inspection
Using high-resolution 3D scanning, we achieve form measurement with micrometer (µm)-level accuracy on individual parts. Cross-sectional analysis of the 3D scan data enables the determination of various form parameters, such as radii, angles, slot widths, height variations and GD&T conformance. We also perform full 360° form measurement, combining 3D scan technology with precision rotary devices to acquire complete 3D scans.
We also offer high-resolution, non-contact surface finish analysis, measuring down to 1.2 µinches. Our 3D surface profilers are designed to evaluate the finish, texture, profile and roughness of surfaces across a broad selection of materials such as plastics, metals and ceramics.
