3D Metrology Services – Tool & Die – Electrode Inspection

Our team at EDM Intelligent Solutions utilizes unique 3D Metrology equipment to quickly and accurately measure components with intricate geometry of all shapes and sizes. With our 3D Metrology Services, we are able to offer our customers in-depth, non-contact, and non-destructive measurements of almost any shape, size, and form.

By creating a 3D dataset from this electrode, we are able to create a surface deviation map in reference to the nominal model. This inspection routine allowed for quick verification of part conformance to ensure efficiency and reliability of the final product and gave our team the ability to pinpoint any defects. This dataset was captured using our MVi5 3D Metrology Center.
