As you may already know, disrupted supply chains and labor shortages have been creating delivery delays. These issues will likely continue to have an impact on our products and services into 2022. EDM Intelligent Solutions always strives to provide the utmost consistency to our customers. However, we are asking for your understanding during this difficult time.

Action Requested for 2022

As lead times and prices for raw materials have increased tremendously this year, we would appreciate it if your rolling forecast for production requirements be conveyed to us as soon as they are available. We can then work together to establish blanket orders for 2022 that will allow us to attempt to secure the raw materials needed for the parts within your orders as early as possible to try and avoid any potential shortages.
