3D Metrology Services – Electronics – Wire Crimp Tool Inspection

The EDM Intelligent Solutions team is able to offer our customers highresolution, precise, and accurate measurements of intricately shaped components utilizing our 3D Metrology systems. This wire crimp tool component was scanned so that the main geometric features could be analyzed. This included the overall dimensions and diameter of the center hole and the radius of the upper and lower inlets. The scan data for this tool was captured using the MVi5 3D Metrology Center developed by the EDM Intelligent Solutions team.
